Look Better And Feel Better With These Simple Tips

When you think of beauty, do you just see it as something that makes your commute take much longer? If so, then you have a very narrow view of the subject. Beauty is so much more than that and it can be personalized so that it works with your own schedule. Read on to find out how.

The scientific definition of beauty is symmetry. This means you need to seek symmetry. From trimming your eyebrows to highlighting your cheeks, keep it balanced.

Make your eyes pop with one or two coats of black or brown mascara in a waterproof formulation. Use a mascara wand to apply it efficiently: make sure you do not leave any clumps.

Applying a new cosmetic product over the irritated skin can actually make the condition much worse. Wait until the condition has improved, then make the trip and set up an appointment.

If you have very narrow eyes, you can create the illusion that they are more widely opened by first using an eyelash curler to curl your top lashes. Apply a dark brown mascara to the middle lashes, then tilt the wand diagonally and apply the mascara to the outer lashes.

If you have overly round eyes, you can elongate them by adjusting your eyeliner application. The outer two-thirds of your lower and upper lash lines should be lined with a dark brown liner. Tone down a lipstick that is too bold or bright. A great way to make an overly pigmented shade easier on the eyes is to put some on the back of your hand, dab it with foundation, mix, and apply to lips. Your new shade should now be a better match for your tone.
