Today we chat about the power of small steps. I’m using exercise as an example, but you can apply this to anything that feels relevant for you right now.

Many people think that when it comes to beauty that you either have it or you don’t. This isn’t necessarily the case. The advice found here can help you find your inner beauty and let it shine. Beauty is much more than a pretty face; a good personality is needed too.

If you want an effective method of keeping your skin safe from harmful solar radiation, wear sunscreen. When deciding on which brand is right for you, look for a sunscreen with quality, natural ingredients that are beneficial to your skin like antioxidants and vitamins. New products called mattifying lotions are perfect for any makeup kit because they can be applied anywhere on the face that appears slick from excessive oils. Many women like to use concealer under their foundation. If you’ve run out of concealer, or can’t find it, look inside the cap of your foundation. Liquid and lotion foundations tend to collect and thicken inside the cap and will work well in a pinch as an emergency concealer.

Make sure you discover how you can fit in your beauty tactics with your busy schedule. This way, you can accomplish your goals in multiple, small chunks of time. Trying to do all of it in one day can be overwhelming and you might give up.
