2023 Weight Loss Journey – Losing 75 pounds


Welcome to my weight loss journey! As a part of my New Year’s resolution, I have committed to losing 75 pounds and reaching my goal weight.

In order to achieve this, I will be following a strict diet that involves caloric restriction and exercising regularly at the gym. This journey won’t be easy, but I am determined to see it through to the end.
