Low Carb Keto Grilled Cheese? Yes! Low Carb Grilled Cheese! Keto Cloud Bread Grilled Cheese Recipe For Beginners. ONE CARB KETO GRILLED CHEESE WITH BEST KETO CLOUD BREAD!

Servings: 6

Ingredients:
3 large eggs, separated room
β…› teaspoon cream of tartar
3 ounces mascarpone or cream cheese or β…“ Greek yogurt
ΒΌ teaspoon of salt
2 slices of cheddar cheese or choice of slice cheese
1 to 2 tablespoon of butter and or mayonnaise

Directions:
Preheat the oven to 300 degrees F.
Line baking sheets with parchment paper.
Separate the egg whites and egg yolks.
Place the whites in a stand mixer with a whisk attachment.
Add the cream of tartar and mix on high until the froth turns into firm stiff peaks.
Move white into a separate bowl.
Place the mascarpone in the bowl.
Then add the egg yolks one at a time to incorporate.
Scrape the bowl and mix until well combined.
Gently fold the firm meringue into the yolk mixture.
Add scoops to the sheet and smooth as possible.
Bake on convection for 15-18 minutes, or in a conventional oven for up to 25 minutes.
Once cloud bread is cool to touch, you can toast each bread with butter or mayonnaise.
Cook over medium heat.
Add cheese slices and add second cloud bread
Cook until the cheese is melted.
Enjoy!
