When someone talks about good or bad posture, you can’t help but think about how these might look. Maybe just hearing the word posture is enough for you to adjust your shoulders back and sit nice and tall on your chair. Or perhaps you’re watching this on your phone, curled up on the couch looking like a croissant. But, when most people think about posture, they think about how it relates to aches and pains, particularly in the neck, back or shoulders.
Although improving your posture may decrease pain and reduce the risk of injury, it can also impact your self-confidence and how others perceive you.
For example, imagine you’re going for an important job interview. What do you think transmits more confidence, someone who is slouching and has poor posture, or someone with their shoulders back, chest up, and standing tall?
In this video we’ll share 3 exercises you should incorporate in your training plan to strengthen your body and improve your posture for good and some general guidelines to help you on your journey.

The New You: Beauty Tips And Techniques
The art of beauty is so much more than just simply “putting your face on.” It takes a great deal of skill, attention to detail, and accuracy to really make those products work for your body the way they should. The tips below can help you improve your beauty skills.
New products called mattifying lotions are perfect for any makeup kit because they can be applied anywhere on the face that appears slick from excessive oils. These lotions often have a creamy or heavy gel consistency and can be applied without a mirror; it also provides a smooth foundation upon which your makeup can be applied.
Use a highlighter or moisturizer that contains a gold or warm pink undertone to infuse life into your dull winter skin. Use a cosmetics sponge to apply the product to your brow bones and the apples of your cheeks to add a glowing, radiant effect. Be careful not to over apply the product, as this will make your face look unnaturally shiny.
Anytime you use shimmer, it’s important to lightly apply it and only apply it in the areas where light is going to hit it. You be able to achieve a glow effect that looks gorgeous. Use highlighter on the more prominent areas of your face such as the cheekbone and nose.
If you want to stay beautiful, keep your skin healthy, and feel good, drink lots of water! 5-8 glasses of water a day is great, and even more is always good if you can manage it. Drinking plenty of water helps with bad or dry skin and many other ailments.
Your skin is constantly changing from day to day based upon your age, hormone levels, climate, and even our daily activities. As a result, you should be aware that your skincare and beauty regimen should be flexible enough to change in order to adapt to the needs of your skin.
You should set aside some space in your fridge for beauty products. You should think about doing this during the summer. Keeping these products such as toners, lotions, and oils refrigerated can be refreshing when you apply them during hot weather. The cooling sensation is sure to leave your skin feeling refreshed and chilled.
When applying mascara, wiggle the brush. Many people do not give a second thought to putting on their mascara. They might also find that their lashes are clumpy and find that they are sticking together. To avoid this, start at the bottom of your lashes with the applicator. Wiggle it all the way to the end of your lashes to keep them separated.
Separate products for softening, protecting, and coloring are no longer necessary! Try using a tinted moisturizer instead of a typical foundation. You can save yourself a lot of time and money buying a lightly tinted moisturizer with a sunscreen to replace the heavier old-fashioned foundations and creams.
Your makeup applicators should be cleaned regularly to reduce infections. Run warm water into your bathroom sank, and put in some gentle baby shampoo. Use soap to wash the bristles. Rinse each brush thoroughly and then allow them to dry overnight. This method reduces acne causing bacteria from building up in the brush’s bristles.
Beauty is a combination of interrelated factors. Skin care is also essential to beauty. A good majority of the population tend to overlook their skin care and are then surprised when they look thirty years older. It is a huge component for men and women and should be taken care of daily.
Use a cleansing shampoo at least once a week. Your hair gets all sorts of buildup on it and the normal shampoo does help, but nothing really cleanses it better then a cleansing shampoo. After you do this, you will notice that your hair just feels softer and lighter. It also looks better too.
Try incorporating your beauty routine into the schedule that you maintain every day. You might be able to break down the individual tasks into 10 minute intervals. You don’t want to try and do everything during the same day.
